If medical is your passion, come what may, you have to get into medical. Complete hardwork and sincerity is a must. Do not let any negative thought of not being able to clear the entrance test must come into your mind while you prepare.
Right now prepare a timetable and follow it strictly. Leave space for recreational activities too.
Be focused and I am sure you will clear medical easily with a little effort.
