Your question has put me into a shock.
Being a Engineering student, how come did you develop an interest in Psychology, and that too Clinical Psychology.
Please do rethink about your choice. As you have no base of Psychology, you would find it tough as such to cope with the course. Before joining you would have to do a lot of self study about psychology.
Please note, Open University like IGNOU and YCMOU, do provide a 2 years clinical Psychology course, but before admission do check with students its validity. Because the course does not provide Internship which is a must to practice
As such you would be eligible for a course in Counseling psychology, Guidance and counseling and Family counseling and therapy.
But I want you to sit back and think before you make the leap.
