Hi Money,

Before I answer your query, I just wish to know why do you wish to shift line completely.

Though both HR and LAW deals with humans but their issue handling is different. Hope you understand the difference.

HR is like counseling the employees whereas LAW would mean fighting a legal battle.

Secondly, it would also mean a break in your career and beginning afresh completely. Also to function independently as a Corporate lawyer, you would need minimum 5 to 7 years work experience under a renowned lawyer or a firm.

So are you ready to start afresh and right from scratch. If yes, then you could pursue a 3 years LLB course.

Rather, I would suggest, you continue in the field of HR and get into learning and development with a crash course in Psychology if needed.

Rest is your choice.

As such Corporate LAW definitely has immense scope. After you graduate, you could join organiztions as a Corporate lawyer and deal with their dealing issues and agreements.

Hope this helps.

Wish you good luck..
