Sneha, I would suggest that a distance learning course would be ideal for you considering that you are working. If you can afford you should do Distance MBA may be from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning (www.SCDL.net). I dont know if you afford the fees, but the fees are affordable.
If you cannot manage this, I would suggest that you may do MCom through external entry and complete it. A masters degree would be good for you in terms of changing your job for betterment and salary increase.
