Dear Deepak,

Choosing an appropriate career is one of the most important decision a person will make in his life. Therefore in order to make an informed career decision you are advised to get your psychometric assessment done. The assessment involves evaluating your aptitude, interest, personality using standardized psychometric tests. You have an option to take the assessment either online or offline. The duration of assessment is approximately 90 minutes. The facility of taking an online career assessment is available on mercareerguide.com as well. The assessment is evaluated by a team of psychologists and career experts. After the evaluation a unique career profile is generated for the student. The career profile contains information on the interest areas, personality traits, aptitude , work values and the recommendation on suitable career path. To assist you in having thorough understanding of your career profile , a telephonic or online career counselling session of 30 -60 minutes with a career expert is usually arranged . During the session the counselor tries to resolve as many as career queries the student has in his mind .You will be given adequate information in terms of admission procedure, selection criteria, top institutes offering recommended career options and the job prospects following that course.
