It seems that your college did not offer placement help to you. Anyways...

As a fresher, there are definitely jobs available in IT industry and you being an MTech in Computer Science, definitely there are good jobs available.

You need to upload your updated and well drafted Resume on top job portals like Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, Shine.com, etc. You should ensure that your Resume speaks about your skills, competencies, projects done till now, internships if any and soft skills.
You may also send your resume to private job consultants like MaFoi, TeamLease Placement Services, etc.
You may also apply directly to companies based on their job advertisements in newspapers and their websites.

You should ensure that your resume reaches as many sources as possible.

Also ensure that you have soft skills like communication skills, english language competence, confidence, etiquettees, etc. to make your mark in the interviews (offline and online)

As you have been hunting for the job i assume that you have not got an campus placement from the college and you are fresher.

On these notes i would suggest first of all prepare your an updated resume,CV and Bio-data. Understand the difference between the three and according to that prepare all three updated one.These are very important documents as they are the first impression of you and keep ready all your educational degree and extra curricular certificates ready with hard copy and soft copy. You can take help of professionals for Resume,CV and Bio-data.

The job hunting can be done in various ways-
First way is you can register yourself with various job portals like Naukari.com,Monster,Timesjobs etc.
If you wish to make a career in foreign country than you need to register with foreign job portals.

The other way of Job hunting is going through the various newspapers regional and national newspapers like Employment Newspaper,Times of India,The Hindu etc. and the regional papers of your respective area.

The third way to look out for the job is looking online the companies that work in your related field and you can make a list of those companies;visit their websites and forward your resume to the HR department of the companies. As soon as they have any vacancy they will get in touch with you.

Whereas i would also like to suggest you to do your registration to the nearby Government Employment Office.This will also help you to get a job.
