Your educational credentials are very good and your experience also is in line. Why do you wish to quit from a PSU? I would suggest that you can think for switching to another PSU. If the reason is strong enough, then only I would suggest you to move out, since once out, you will not be able to get back in. Therefore I suggest you to think one last time and the move should not be out of frustration or a bad boss.

A Diploma in SCM would be ideal and further to top it, a course in SAP SCM. This will help you to move to the private sector. Your experience will definitely come as a boon for the private sector. SCM courses are of duration six months to one year. You can also do a distance or online SCM course. For SAP SCM, you can take SAP certification or on the basis of SCM course, you can join a SAP environment company in the private sector. Logistics and SCM have tremendous opportunity and further in the GST environment.
