BCom and MBA are good qualifications for a good career in commerce stream. Now that you are working as an Accountant it appears that you are not made up for that since you are getting a feeling to change track.
What made you think for software only instead of any other domain? Are you thinking that there is a lot of money in software and all get jobs in software in MNCs?
I feel if you are aiming for software jobs, then having a strong qualification like MCA is recommended.
Also, decide firmly that you are not wanting to continue in commerce field. Since the decision you take now should be final for your majority of life and there should not be any turning back.

There are countless programs/certification.short term courses in Tech/Software vertical.
And again its sub divided into Web and Mobile Tech. So you have to really be accurate in what you wanna do.
