Dear Aspirant,
I would suggest that if you are planning to continue with Amdoc for another 5-10 years, then doing EPGDM is fine. However if you are planning to leave it after a couple of years, then this is not beneficial. EPGDM will not be recognised by other companies, since EPGDM of Amdocs is a customised course and that would not be that much relevant to other companies. I have seen that such in house management programmes are not concerned as worth by other companies.
Which Institute is giving you the EPGDM certificate? I suggest that instead of this course, you can enrol for a part time MBA. But for that you will have to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience.
Since you have completed 15 months experience, I would suggest that you should continue and learn more on the job.
