Dear Aspirant,
Thinking of short term courses with least efforts & time and still expecting a good placements is not a good attitude towards your career. More the short cuts less will be the gain in the career.
Once that you completed BBA in HR which is actually a background for a Masters in HR for a stable and growing career, I feel doing MBA in Human Resource would be very beneficial. Please think for a long term. Doing short certifications would lead you to very basic level and low end jobs and it would take many years to climb up the ladder. Are you fin with such kind of struggle which according to me is unnecessary.
For good placements, the most important thing which companies look for in fresher is the domain knowledge and command over it which cannot be earned in short term certification courses.
Please do think for a once and for all qualification like MBA (preferable from top BSchools in India on the basis of your good percentile of around 95 percentile).
Best wishes
