An MA in Psychology, graduates you as a counselor.
Its just that now you work under an experienced counselor or psychologist, if IGNOU has provided you an internship, then this part is taken care off, and so you could apply to various counseling firms and work as a counselor.
Incase no internships are provided, you could opt to work as a trainee under an experienced counselor.
As such I would even suggest, other certificate courses like NLP, Hypnosis etc.
Please at the moment, concentrate on either being a counselor or a teacher.
Initially, get trained and get experienced as a counselor and then you could practice on your own.
At that time, you could opt for NET /SET and become a professor in Psychology.
