Hi, I'm a 27 yr old woman working with a reputed IT company for the last four years. I have done my post-graduation from BIT Mesra (BCA followed by MCA). My problem is that I'm working on a relatively lesser known technology, called Tandem, in the Banking domain. Now I'll be getting married so I need to shift to Delhii however there aren't too many opportunities in Tandem in Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon. Im also intereted in Oracle PL/SQL and open to other technologies, however I do not have work exp on those except training projects. How can I make a shift to a technology that'll give me better flexibility location-wise.
