Hi mahesh sir, good afternoon. Thank you for providing me with required details.I would not say it's early, it's right time to start. As you already decided about the colleges, we can move on to next step.Your daughter can start preparing for GRE and TOEFL. Now in 3rd yesr she will entirely be busy with her theory subjects. Work load would be more. After she enters her final year, she can sit for these exams.
If she wishes to enter into European countries, only TOEFL is enough. Then she can start sending her SOP to the colleges which she was interested in. So that in mid of her 4th year, she will be knowing which college she got selected into.
And there are also universities in US to which she can enter without GRE, but they will not come under top 5.
