Apart from this you could pursue a course in Psychology. As an HR, whereby you address the employees issues, sometimes counseling comes in handy.
Incase if you are interested, you can pursue a certificate or diploma course in training, personality development, language and presentation skills and become a full fledged trainer. Here I would suggest a course in NLP ( Neuro LinguisticProgram). Very effective for trainers and therapist.
Also if you wish you could pursue SAP HR.Helps in systematising your work area.
