I would have appreciated if your brother would have posted this query here. Anyways, I appreciate your concern.
BBA as a degree would not fetch excellent jobs. The jobs which he may get will be very low end with low salaries and with a whole lot of slogging and hectic work. Majorly jobs for fresh graduates are offered in sales, marketing, BPO, etc. Those jobs may give a salary of around Rs. 10,000.
His wish to continue further studies is nice and I would suggest that it should be the priority and not a job. With a job, he can do part time or distance courses only. Since he is a BBA graduate, the natural progression would be to take MBA course. For this, I would suggest that he should spend time in preparing for the entrance tests like CAT, CMAT, XAT, etc. Since I suppose he has not been preparing for the tests while in the last year of BBA.
Getting a very good percentile in MBA Entrance test will give him a chance to get into one of the top BSchools in the country which will help him carve his career. Apart from MBA also, there are many options available and for this if he takes the Ideal Career Test from CareerGuide.com would be best, since he will get to know his potential, aptitude, real interests, innate abilities.
