In terms of job search, I could advise you that prepare an attractive Resume. Clearly stating or highlighting your achievements especially that you worked and completed your studies and wish to do the same. Then upload your Resume on various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times job etc. Also upload your Resume on the companies website. At the sametime search for people who could refer you to a job.
In terms of higher studies, please see to it that it matches your work profile. Best is get a job, study its requirements and then opt for a course.
