If your Finance is strong, then only take MBA Finance as Corporate desires good understanding of Finance. Also CA candidates who clear in 3-4 chances give a tough competition to MBA Finance students.
Try to take Marketing and Operations in your case.
Search for Job in the production and manufacturing units in and around Baddi and Southern part of the country where the Bio-products are manufactured in the industries. You may get a scope there.
Or choose HR. HR is slow and less paid but good for females.
