As such, you have your own business, so why are you wanting to work elsewhere as an HR Manager. Rather I would suggest an MBA in entrepreniual management, which would give you an idea into running your own business.
Moving along your wish, if you wish to work as an HR manager, then you have 2 options. Either you join a fulltime management course after clearing entrance exams like CAT or CET or private institute exams. Or you could join an organization as an HR trainee, and then pursue a parttime management course. Slowly slowly along with the course you would move up the ladder.
