Dear Aspirant,
Now that you have done BBA, the most followed progression is MBA. However not just MBA, you have other professional courses like CA, CS< CMA, LLB, for a career.
After BBA, definitely there is a need for a post graduation since on the basis of just BBA, you wont get any good job prospects.
Hope you are sure that you wish to have a Marketing career. But let me tell you that after you complete MBA Marketing, you will be working for many years into actual Sales which may also involve extensive field work. Without learning and understanding Sales, you cannot become a good Marketing person and later a Manager. So hope you are ready for this.
Pursuing MBA Marketing from a reputed BSchool is recommended and further advice to avoid second grade BSchools. AIm for IIMs or Top 10 other BSchools in India.
For MBA, you will have to appear for CAT or other Tests like SNAP, CMAT, XAT, etc. A percentile around 97 to 98 is highly recommended so that you get excellent BSchool. After that you will then have to give GD and PI. Based on the performance of these three, your seat will get confirmed.
