To do so first of all a career counsellor should be part of Career Counsellor's Directory

A Career Counsellor can apply for the same from here:

Once, application is approved , career counsellor should look through guidelines and training material for to understand 'How CareerGuide' works.

As soon as a paneled career counsellor will login - he/she will spot on header a 'Call button'

To start taking counselling call career counsellor should make himself "Available" by turning the above button "On"

Whenever career counsellor wants to log out he should make sure to turn the button in "Away from Call" mode. This will help in easy scheduling of the telephonic session. Once career counsellor is available he will start receiving calls from 011-33138983. Any call from this no. would be of students wanting to solve their career problem.

When a student connects with career counsellor telephonically - We share with the student - career counsellor's verified profile and we share with career counsellor - student's profile and career report.

We also send career counsellor a notification. This is how notification will appear to career counsellor:

By clicking on the notification you can view request from the student who has asked for telephonic counselling. You can look at 'Psychometric Career Report' of student and explain it to them.
You can also look at profile of the student by clicking on user profile detail.

After telephonic counselling if career counsellor wants to send any written information - to the student - he can through reply button. smile
