Dear Friend, you have opted MBA afetr B.Sc Physics, nothing wrong in that. An MBA after any gradaution degree is goin to help you. You are a graduate in Physics, means you have technical knowledge and basic prinicples and concpts of Physics. As a physics graduate the job avenues for you will be very limited.

You may try for jobs in some instrument company, but technically speaking a physics graduate has limited scope in an instrument manufacturing company

. You can easily join a mrketing field, as we know that so many graduates (wheter arts, commerce, or science subjects) are joing companies as a marketing job.

Such jobs are very challenging and really hard work and interpersonnel skills are required to sustain and grow. A degree of MBA (wheter marketing, Human resource developmenet or related to finance) definitely going to give a kick to the career of anyone. The management degree will let you know about the management aspects of any organization. Now it depends on you what specialization you would choose , human resource or marketing or someting else.

Let me give you my example, I am doctoral degree holder in Microbiology, still after that I have done in 2012 one year Diploma in Rnvironment managemet. This I have done because I have carried lot of research work on environmental aspects. Next I have done recently An Advance Diploma in Health and Risk Safety Management.

This I have done to justify myself for any suitable job in Private organization. Because the field of environment has more job opportunities, moreover it was a passion for me to learn more about health and risk management. Because, I have carried out many research problems on waste water, gropund water microbiological studies and effluent teratment realted by microbial means realted to important rivers and lakes in India.

If some one asks me, why after docatoral degree, you have opted for diploma courses, I simply answer, I want to have some sort of degree in my hand realted to environmental sublect and I want to know more about environmental aspects.

Therefore, you have a genuine reason to tell people that an MBA degree will give you knowledge of management skills or how to manage human resources. Since you are a science graduate in Physics, the MBA degree will open many job avenues for you in management or administrative fields and you will more chance ot growth.

Good Luck....
