Defence career is a good career option for those who wish to serve their country for them Defence career is the Best career option. Defence of India consists of the Army,Navy nd Air Force. The Indian Defence sector is one of the Best Defence Sector in the world. One can make a carere in Defence either in Air Force or Navy or Army. All these three things have a good career opportunities and scope. Many of the students from their school time think of making a career in the Defence Sector.
In order to make a career in the Defenc Sector one can go through the NDA Exam which is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission every year. The NDA exam are conducted twice in a year. Through NDA exam only boys can join the Defence Sector.
The Eligibility criteria for NDA exam is as follows
1. One needs to have completed 12th Std. from any stream with the compulsory subjects Physics and Mathematics those who wish to join Air Force or Navy Wings and those who wish to join Army they can be from any stream.
2.The age should be bewteen 16.5 to 199 years.

The other option thorugh which both Men and Women can join is through the CDS exam i.e Common Defence exam. Through this exam one can apply for the Officer level post. However for Indian Military Academy Scheme only male are eligible to apply and for the Officer Tarining Academy both men and women can apply. The eligibility criteria for CDS exam is as follows
1.Candidate should have completed a Graduation Degree from any stream.
2. The age should be between 19 years to 25 years.
3. There is no Minimum Marks restriction.
As you have passed your education from Arts you get eligible for the the Army Wings. You are no eligible for the Navy and Air Force Wings.
