A such to be an IT Officer, one needs to join the IT Department as an IT Inspector or Tax Inspector and then get promoted to the IT Officer position by qualifying the internal entrance exams.
To join the IT Industry, you need to send in your application by filling up their application form, depending on the state you wish to apply for, with other requirements like your age, qualifications, domicile certificate etc.
The form is released in the month of April or May. You would have to keep a tab on the local newspaper and the Employment NEWS or the Yojgar Samaj papers.
