Thats good to hear that you are currently working in the Banking Sector. Banking Sector is one of the fastest growing sector in India. There is a wide scope and demand for the Banking in India after IT and Computers. Indian Banking System is considered to be one of the strongest sector of India. Earlier there were only the Government Banks that played a role but with the booming of the Indian Economy , there are Private Bank Players who have been playing a major role these days in the Banking Sector along with the Government Banks. The Private banks like HDFC,ICICI,AXIS etc have made a their own existence in the Banking Sector. The government mandate policies like Financial Inclusion and Rural Banking have given an advantage to both the Private Banks and the Government Banks Many Private Banks they have been expanding there business in the rural areas. The expansion of the Banks have given a room for the Recruitment on the large scale which is skilled and have a good knowledge of the Technology.
I am just curious to know why you wish to change the Bank and make a career in the other Bank .
Well as you hold an experience of the Banking Sector you can easily switch to the other Banks. There are many career opportunities in the Banking like PO, Clerk,Manager etc.
For the Bank career you need to visit the official website of the respective banks and need to check the career opportunities and can apply for the same according to it. The Job openings and the eligibility criteria is designed by the Bank HR and depending on that you can look for the job and apply for the same.
