Social workers look after the proper and justified maintenance of society. There are different ways a social worker can work toward the solutions of the problems - through arranging conferences, increasing resources, spreading public awareness and starting social programs.

To join any NGO you can directly contact with them.

Also you can do some courses on social sciences after that can join.The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) www.tiss.edu provides courses for these.
