Company Secretary is a field that deals with the Legal requirements and legal matters of the corporate. Its a professional part time degree course having a great demand and scope. It has become mandatory for the companies to have a CS in their company. Due to this there is a great requirement of the qualified CS students. As CS deals with the legal side of the Companies ,companies demand a CS candidate to have a Law degree i.e LLB along with the CS. So if one is planning to make a career in CS than one should also pursue a LLB degree along with the CS.
In order to make a career as a CS one need to register with the ICSI Instiute. One can register themselves with the nearby ICSI Institute.
