As far as admission to Medical Science course is concerned, a student post 12th, needs to appear for the All india Medical Exam, that makes him eligible to pursue the course from any Institute from any state as per his choice.
Though the College would depend on the score a student has got and number of student in-house or in-state who have applied for the same college.
In terms of the minimum marks or cutoffs, it is next to impossible to say, because the cutoff set by different colleges are different and at the sametime cutoffs changes every year.
So best would be to give in your best shot, work hard and excel and try being amongst the toppers to secure a college of your choice.
