Creativity is a very huge word in the sense of a Legal Term. Creativity is something where you apply your mind and try to do things differently from others or invent a way of doing something in a better way than what is actually existing.




Law is very straight and there is no scope of being creative with the law itself. Creativity can be tried and tasted and shown on the paper where actually you are writing or drafting something keeping in mind the law.




So yes, the answer of your question is, Creativity is very much important for the role of a Corporate Lawyer and not only the Corporate Lawyer but for all the lawyers. You must have heard that lawyer is very good or very bad, lawyers are all same they all have the same degree and they have all been taught same, but what they dint teach in the law college is how to mold the law that they have learnt and how to use them creatively so that the judgment comes in their fervor. So A lawyer can be good bad or worst based on the creativity they use or try to do something differently.




Creativity can be used by a lawyer in two ways one is by Drafting a legal document in a way that the Judge by only reading the document only make hi mind that what he wants to do with this particular case. The send part where a lawyer can use their creativity is at the time of Cross Examinations of an opposite sides witness, Questions asked in order to examine the witness should be asked in such a way that the even if the answer is going in a favor of the opposite counsel judgment should come in our favor.




Creativity is very much important in any field for that matter because in today world where in almost all the field there is a cut throat competition, so in such competition if you want to survive or to make a stand for your self you will have to sell your services in a way that others come to you and you don't need to go to them.




It is as simple as that, The more Creative you are, The more successful, More advanced, more urban and the more reliable you are for your clients or for your bosses. If you try something different other than what the others are doing, you become creative and you come up with something.
