How do I find out what I am actually interested in?

I have completed a degree in Microbiology . After the degree I took up my .NET course in NIIT , again because I was told. I worked for 3 months in ANZ bank as an Analyst but I quit. I was offered a PGDM course sponsored by ICICI Prudential. But after a year's course at BHU, I found out that it was a Insurance agent's job which I hated again. I am lost without dierction now. I am split in 3 ways of my past with Bio science, computer science and management. Please help me before I breakdown completely.

Hi Shwetha,

Just don't let your heart down and keep your calm to the fullest.

Just revive back and think in which field, you got maximum satisfaction and listen to your heart which keeps you interseted.
Actually, you are doing what others are telling you but you are not listening of yours.

Just listen to your mind and soul and take decisions. IF you need a personal guidance or some motivation through out a period in order to keep yourselves in right track. JUST feel Free to Contact me on my phone.

If you have any problems in talking on phone, you can also send me a mail.

You must not loose your patience. Just explain to me the problem with you on my phone or my mail and I assure you of best possible guidance.

Cheers!!!

Dear Aspirant,

Thanks for approaching us at CareerGuide.com. I am very sorry to hear all that. But would like to assure you that you need not be so worried and you have not lost it.

Firstly you now need to sit calmly and answer a question: What is that you like the most from Bio Science, Management and Computers?

You will have to zero in on one thing now. If you feel that Bio Science is what interests you, then an MSc in Microbiology will be a perfect thing to do. Microbiology has excellent scope now.

If its Computers, then think of MCA, which can increase your job prospects.

If its Management, you need to complete a general PGDM / MBA from a University.

If you wish you are not able to decide which to select, I would suggest you to undergo a psychometric test from CareerGuide.com which will help you understand yourself in respect of your strengths, weaknesses, emotional quotient, etc. and will exactly tell you which stream is good for you.

Best wishes,
