To identify whether you have right interest and aptitude to be an aeronautical engineer , you are advised to get your psychometric assessment done. Psychometric assessment involves assessing the aptitude, interests and personality of a student. The assessment can be given online or offline. It takes 75 minutes to 90 minutes to complete the assessment.The assessment is thoroughly assessed by psychologists and career counsellors. After the analysis , a unqiue career plan is generated for the student. A career plan higlights the key areas of interests, personality attributes and highand low aptitude areas of astudent. A student is thouroughly counselled by a career counsellor who assist the student in to have better understanding of his unqiue profile in terms of aptitude, interest and personality, Student is told as to what are the suitable career options for him , what is the eligibility criteria and admission procedure and what will be job prospectus of course recommended.The student is also provided with various tips to overcome their acadeic concerns. As sometimes inspite of having an aptitude, interesy and personality traits student finds it difficult to pursue a recommended career. One of the major reason in such cases is poor study skills of a student. During counselling, all academic concerns of student are taken care of.
