To identify whether you have right interest and aptitude to be a civil engineer, you are advised to undergo psychometric assessment. Psychometric assessment assess the aptitude, interest and personality of a student. The assessment can be given online or offline. The duration of assessment is appx 75 minutes

. Only standardized psycgometric tests are used for this purpose. The tests are analyzed by psychologists and career counsellors. After thourugh analysis of assessment , a career report is generated for the student. A career report highlight the high and low aptitude areas, top three interests and key personality attributes of the student. Thereafter a report is explained by a trained and certified career counsellor. The student is guided as to which stream is suitable for him in class 11, what will be the suitable career options for him after class 12, what is the eligibility criteraia and admission process to seek admission in recommended courses and what will be the job prospects and career options after acquiring the recommended qualification and skills.
