To identify whether you have right interest and aptitude to be a footwear designer , get your psychometric career assessment done. Psychometric assessment involves assessing the aptitude, interest and personality traits of a student. The duration of assessment is apporximately 90 minutes. The assessment can be taken up either online or offline.

The assessments are thouroghly assessed and analysed by psychologists and career counsellors. After the analysis, a unique career plan is generated for the student. A career plan highlights the key interests, personality traits and high and low aptitude areas of student. A student is thouroghly guided by a career counsellor as to which stream he should opt for in class 11, what are the stuitable career options for him as per his unique profile, what is the eligibility critera and admission procedure and what will be the job prospects of course recommended. The student is also provided with various tips to overcome their academic concerns. As sometimes inspite of having an aptitude, interest and required personality traits ,student finds it difficult to pursue a recommended career. One of the main resaon in such cases is poor study skills of a student. A student may have difficulty in managing time properly, problem in concentration, slow reading speed, poor note taking etc. During counselling ,all academic concerns of a student are taken care of.
