Dear Student ,

To identify whether you have an aptitude and interest to be an ophthalmologist , you
are advised to get your psychometric assessment done. Psychometric assessment involves assessing the aptitude, interest and personality of the student. The duration of assessment is appx. 75 minutes- 90 minutes. The assessment can be taken online or offline. The assessment is then analyzed by the psychologist and experienced career counselor and unique career plan is generated for the student. The career plan highlights the main areas of interest, personality attributes , high and low aptitude areas, recommendation on suitable subjects in class 11 and suitable career options after 12. A detailed counseling session is carried out by a a career counsellor who provides the student with detailed explanation of his/her career plan. The student is given various tips to work on their academic and behavioral problems. The information such as the colleges offering recommended courses, career options and job prospects and the top employers etc after obtaining the course advised are given to the student
