Dear Aspirant,

I am very happy that you approached CareerGuide for this critical and to be seriously taken affair or 'Placements'. I am happy that you know that good placements do not come for free and are not offered just on the basis of degree or percentages.

For placements, I would like to advice following things:

1. Study, Research the companies coming to your college for placements

2. Speak to your seniors / pass outs if possible to know their experience of placements process.

3. Business general knowledge is very important while facing interviews.

4. Revise your academic subjects related to the concerned domain of jobs or job profiles.

5. Do not be choosy for salary amount and brands. Starting work is important.

6. English language, communication skills and body language are very important for cracking interviews.

7. Have the learning attitude, show flexibility and show dedication.

8. Be confident about your self.

Best wishes
