To work you need to talk. To work with people you need to talk better. To make people feel better you need to be the best. Any person in our country generally visits a doctor in times of discomfort, pain or problem. When he/ she visits a dentist for Dentistry related issues , treatment takes a backseat since what matters most in the beginning is the TRUST between the clinician and patient. The patient should be assured about confidentiality and should know that he would be fine and getbetter with time. A patient would be very apprehensive to visit a dentist who cannot counsel the patient or explain the disease, treatment and time frame required. The patient can gain confidence by the words of a doctor since the treatment is a completely skillful aspect of the profession. By good communication , the patient becomes Postive to treatment , the doctor as well as the support staff. By good communication work at the dental office becomes easier and hence Prosperity comes sooner. No one likes going to a rude doctor and being a noble profession one has to also be humble in his / her interaction with the patient. Good communication leads to better treatment and more patient flow. Good convincing skills get more treatment cases to the dentistwhich helps in being busier , which is the ultimate goal staying in the profession. This is more so the case in the Private sector since, the charges are higher there and anyone who pays for treatment wants the best possible care delivered with utmost satisfaction.
