Now a day,s communication skill is a very important part to measure a person's personality and confidence level. If you want to work as a research analyst in Top Companies than you need to focus to improve your communication skills.

As the first impression is always last impression, if on your first meeting itself you are not communicating properly, fumbling and stammering than it will definitely create a bad impression and decrease your chances of selection. It is point to judge your confidence also so it will effect a lot in all aspects.

Further to this you need to clear group discussions and Personal interviews to get selected in top companies as this is the standard process for selecting right candidates. which again highlights the importance of communication skills for a research analyst to have.

Later if in case you are selected, as a analyst you need to generate Reports, summaries and brief all about the same in meetings, conference, seminars etc which again requires good communication skills.

Again you have to attend board meetings and give presentations, you can create a impression in everyone mind if you are good in communicating your idea and knowledge to others.
