As finance is the heart of the countrys economy in the same way Banking Sector are the veins of the Finance because banking sector helps to circulate the finance in different parts of the country and also in the International Markets .
Banking Sector has been one of the growing sector in the country due to the concept of Globalisation. With the concept of Globalisation it has given a room for the more and more foreign investments in the country in various sectors. With this has been a lot of transactions happening in the Finance field that has been one of the benefit for the Banking sector to grow.
Banking sector has to provide many of the services like Internet Banking,Insta Fund Transfer etc. This has created the need to have a skilled Human Resource and also a tech savvy Human Resource.
As Banking sector is a combination of finance and maths;so definitely one needs to have a good knowledge of Maths as much of the job is based on the calculations. So one needs to be very good with the maths skills and also with computer skills. With out Maths skills one cannot have a good career in the field of banking. Maths is being used on the everyday basis and in most of the Banking Operations like calculations of interest on various things likes FD,Share and debentures etc.
One should at least have a good knowledge of the Basic Mathematics.
