With the growing demands in the food industry regarding the changing food habits of the people, regarding the innovations in the food preparations, the introduction of the latest technology, genetically modified crops and last but not the least the growing bulge of the population, putting an acute pressure on the food industry to sustain. Thus there is a need arise to have the food scientists or food specialists so that the check and balance mechanism should exist in the food industry and the health of the living organism, must be maintained which is the prime motto.
