As a practicing homeopath, one can choose to either work in a hospital setting or be a freelance practitioner.

In such a way you can achieve positive results and satisfaction, with which the patients will spread the goodwill by word of mouth. This will substantiate you practice. A successful practitioner can also visit hospitals as a consultant and charge by the hour. Thus you can benefit from both the worlds.
