How is the prospect of EC in today's India?

I have decided to pursue ECE as my course in UG. How are the job opportunities? Does it have more job opportunities than EEE or less than that? What other engineering course you will suggest to me apart from ECE?

Dear Aspirant,

Choosing an engineering branch is definitely a tricky thing.

ECE has good opportunities.

However to be best sure of which Engineering stream suits you for your career, I would suggest you to undergo an online psychometric test from CareerGuide "Engineering Branch Selector" which will help you understand yourself in respect of your strengths, weaknesses, emotional quotient, etc. and will exactly tell you which Engineering career is ideal for you.
You can then call counsellors to discuss.

Best wishes!
