If you understand web designing, it basically talks about promoting a company and its product to a whole lot of people via a small medium through online marketing or promotion.

Since these days majority of the business wants a fast recognition, internet or online is one of the major necessity.

So web designing is a very important job profile.
The main task of a web designer, though is creating an attractive website, but also is in terms of designing it and marketing it, so that it is in demand right when needed and reaches a customer at the right time. So making it visible with all search or keywords is also another important task of a web designer.

There are many short term and diploma courses available to pursue Web designing. But industry especially bigger firms would prefer someone with a degree as they would be well equipped for the job. Never the less you could opt for the diploma program, but also get a hang of other certificate courses like animations, graphics and so on.

Wish you good luck..........
