The typical day of a Public Relstions Executive can throw variety of challenges. And it may vary from day to day. In general, PR Executives get involved in following activities:

  • Interacting with the clients over emails, phone etc in order to fix the appointments and discuss the issues.
  • Building the network by interacting with different set of people throughout the day.



  • Monitoring the media like newspapers, television and online media as well.
  • Meet the clients in person and provide them the right information.
  • Conducting the research over various sources.
  • Preparing reports for the clients based on the research they have done and the data they have collected.



  • Ensuring the media coverage of the important events conducted by the organization.
  • Event management, conducting press conference and organizing the events.

 

  • Coordinating with the team members in a promotional event conducted by organization.
  • Updating the management about all the activities.
