Govt. Organizations:-


- Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited(BHEL)
- National Thermal Power Corporation(NTPC)
- Bharat Electronics Limited(BEL)
- Power Grid Corporation of India
- Railway Recruitment Board
- Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air force
- Indian Space Research Organization(ISRO)
- Earth Movers Limited(BEML)
- Cement Corporation of India(CCI)
- Centre for Electronics Design and Technology

All of the above companies usually conduct a written test and based on the performance candidates are called for the next round. There may be Group Discussion and Technical Interview based on the company's selection process.

Some companies also hire freshers depending upon their Graduate Aptitude Test for engineering (GATE) score. Some of those are Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), IGCAR, etc.
