Banking sector of India is the strongest in the world. Banking has a great importance in developing the economy of our country. Banking has been rapidly growing and expanding in different parts of India. Banking is one of the career option that many students aspire to make a career. Banking sector is one of the best career option considered and is the respected profession in the society.
Banking in commerce field is one of the high ranking profession. Its expected that there are large number of people are going to retire from the Banking Sector. Currently around 7 lakh are there in the banking sector and many of them are going to retire in the next 5-6 years and so there is a huge requirement of the Skilled Human Resource.
One can apply for the Bank PO exams i.e SBI PO exams or IBPS PO exams.The eligibility criteria is as follows for both the Exams. If you wish to make a career in SBI you need to go for SBI PO exams and for rest of the government banks IBPS PO exam.
1. A candidate should have completed a Graduation Degree from any of the stream from a recognised university or a student who are in the final year of the degree and waiting for their results are also eligible to apply for the Bank Exam.
2. Nationality - Indian
3.Age - 20 to 30 years; 5 years age relaxation for the SC/ST candidate, 3 years relaxation for the OBC and 10 years for the disabled person.
If you meet all the above mentioned criteria you get eligibile to apply for the Bank PO exam.
To apply for the Bank PO exam you can either apply online or offline.
If you are applying offline you need to download the challan after filling the form and submit the challan and fees can be paid in the nearby Bank as mentioned. If you are applying online you can pay the fees by debit or credit card.
