The chartered accountancy course is conducted by theInstituteof Chartered Accountants of India , New Delhi. Chartered accountancy is one of the most admired, respected and a well paying profession amongst the various other options in the commerce field. A CA is a person who becomes member of theInstituteof CharteredAccountantsof India after having passed the final examination conducted by theInstituteof Chartered Accountants of India. Cas are mainly responsible forfinancialhealth of a company. Earlier CAs were mainly responsible for looking after accountancy and auditing work which mainlyinvolvedoperating accounts, interpreting, supervising ,controlling and organizing income andexpenditure, doing internal audits,preparingfinancial statements andreviewingfinancialstatementsof employer orclient Howeverwithincreasingliberalizationprivatization and globalization of Indian economy, CAs are playing a crucial role in financial sector. They offerconsultancyin areas like projectplaningand finance, corporate lawadvice investment counselling in respect of securities, capital issue , budgeting market research etc. Theyofferadvice to client on tax planning and management. They assistcorporatein matters relating to formation, financial structures and liquidation of limitedcompanies.
