Stock Market is a very dynamic job, its one of job where you require high focus and concentration.

Stock Brokers used to act as a point of contact for any one who would like to trade.i.e. Buy/Sell Securities on behalf of clients. Due to evolution of economy country and cross currency trades there has been significant changes which has happened in job profile of Stock Broker. A Stock Broker is now a single point of contact for a client now for

News : Stock broker has to been oneself updated with whats happening around him with economy at large, specific stock, companies performance etc.

Vigilant : Since stock market is dynamic and every second matter you have to be quite fast and adaptive for any changes and be vigilant.

Technology : With the advancement of Technology execution of trades has been shifted from Manual execution to Automated program based execution of Trades i.e. Buy and Sell.

Stock Broker of Future would have to be analytically sound so as to understand the impact of any news on stock and inform the same to his/ her clients. Also in Future buying and selling of securities would be done by computer programs and thus relationship management would became very important.

Any Person who would like to be a stock broker should be very good in relation management and be very good to understand technology. since the future lies in technology.

Earlier a stock broker use to be just a execution person for buy and sell but now its more of technology driven.
