Hi Tarun

This question might sound easy but could be a deciding factor in your interview.  Keep a short statement prepared.

When you have decided what to say about yourself, rehearse it in front of mirror. But be careful that it does not sound rehearsed.

Example:

'University was a turning point for me. I learnt to be independent and the university years made me self motivated. Since I read electronics, I had to do lots of experiments and write reports. This has proved very useful to me in developing my observation skills'. You can meanwhile find by asking- Do you want me to give a bit more detail in this area or have you got what you want? Talk about how you spend time in leisure and try to relate your hobbies with the job you are applying for.

In order to post replies to the question: "How to answer - Tell me about yourself?"
