A very interesting question. And such questions must be in the mind of every individual / student who wishes to be sure as to the career chosen is a perfect match.

The choice of a  career is made right at the preliminary stage of ones academic life.  Thus either while choosing subjects in grade 8th or after class 10th, one should make a determined choice.

Thus one should choose rightly on the basis of where the student aptitude lies in sync with his interest. Thus as a Counselor, I recommend, an Aptitude test / Career counseling test. This test gives a clear picture as to the persons interest and aptitude and helps him making a choice.

The test is divided into 5 areas, namely :

• Logical Test: This tests the child's logical skills, his ability to reason seeing visuals and statements
• Verbal Reasoning: As the name suggest, it measures the childs vocabulary and expressing attitude
• Numerical: This measures the childs interest in Mathematical problems. His ability to understand and solve basic Math problems
• Mechanical: This helps to understand the childs basic physic knowledge and his deriving quality
• Spatial: This measures the childs imagination quality and his sense of creativity in a 3d space

The Aptitude test in conjunction with Personality and IQ test, gives a child a direction towards his career decision making capacity.
