Dear Aspirant,

To get that, you will have to choose the right career option and a course for it to get technical knowledge. For this, you will have to know what you are best at, what are your aptitude levels, what are your interests, inclination, innate abilities, skills, etc.

This can be judged through a scientific method called as psychometric test from CareerGuide.com. You need to take the Ideal Career Test which will assess all the above aspects and tell you the best suitable career option for you.

When you choose a career path based on the above aspects, then it definitely leads to a satisfaction and then a job satisfaction. You should love your job to get complete satisfaction and for loving the job you do, you should do what you love to do.

Best wishes

Hello sanjay,

A very good question. But it is too subjective. Some people are able to self introspect and hence know their skills and are able to choose a suitable career accordingly.

Some require the help of psychometric testing called Aptitude test to know their potentials and thereby choose a career.

But please note, satisfaction is again a personal perspective. And for few it is just getting a job whereas for others it is getting to a peak level at their job.  Sometimes even an extra curricular activity can give you that boost.

Hope this helps.

Wish you good luck..
