When you talk of fitness, it includes exercises of all kinds right from yoga to aerobics to gymnastics to dance to nutrition.
Anyways here focusing on the exercising part. Please note to be a fitness trainer, you have 2 options. One pursue bachelors in physical training (BPT) a 3 years course after 12th any stream. Secondly few institutes like indira gandhi university offers 6 months certificate courses too. Another is training and certificate provided by Reebok and Nike.
Please note with this training you are eligible to work as fitness instructors in gyms, health clubs, schools, private trainer etc.
Apart from this get certificates in yoga, meditation, nutrition, dance or zumba, aerobics etc. It would be of great help in the future.
